Today we woke up around 11:30 am Tennessee time (hour behind Indiana time) to find some missed calls from Dustin's mom. She informed us that the Pitt Bull behind her house and dug another hole through her fence. Amos had gone through the hole into the yard that the dog was in. She called all the dogs into the house and realized one was missing. She called Rosie and didn't get any response but some yelping. Rosie was attacked by the Pitt Bull.
So here was are on our anniversary mini vacation to Nashville, Tn, just had an amazing last night at the Opry to only find that our most precious and gentle dog Rosie was dead.
Here is a tribute to our beloved little girl.

Rosie just a few days old! Look how precious she was!

The two cute ladies of the house!

Precious bubbly little girl.

Rosie and Mable (her sister) in the chair on the front porch. They sat on that until it wore away and they fell through one day.

“My Little Friend”
In the morn when I arise from my bed,
I stare into the eyes of my little friend,
You look to me with love,
And shivers of my spine it sends,
The tears of life flow,
Call to God to amends,
The questions of life,
Are like the sun and winds,
Eternal as time,
As sane as it lends,
No answers to be found,
Just questions in din.,
Clover in Heaven you will tend,
I miss you my little friend.
