Anniversary Trip (Day 2 PM)
The time has come to get dressed up and see Wynonna perform! As you can see we are quite excited!!!
On the shuttle bus from the Radisson Hotel to the Grand Ole Opry House!
We asked a nice lady to take a pic of us. What a great photographer!
The lady that took our picture said, "Okay now kiss!"
Outside the Opry House waiting for the doors to open. It was so humid my hair started to go crazy, I was sweating, and so uncomfortable. The things I go through to see Wynonna, I tell ya!
Little Jimmy Dickens.
Jamie O'Neil
Jimmy C. Newman
Jim Ed Brown--one of my all time fave's!
Steve Wariner
Connie Smith
Mike Snider
David Nall
David Nall's awesome piano player from Louisville, Ky.
Opry Square Dancers!
Jeannie Seely. We saw her 3 years ago and it sure looks like she's had a face lift or something.
WYNONNA!!!
Attitude :)
Okay I must insert a testimony here: Dustin and I walked into the Opry House and found our seats. I bowed my head and prayed that Wynonna would sing, "Love can build a Bridge." She continued on singing her set that she sang at the 6:30 show. Here she is praying before singing her last song of the night.
Here she is deciding to obey God and change the last song. The band didn't know what she was going to do so they just went along with it. She said that she doesn't normally do this, but she needed to change the song to one of the past. At the 6:30 show she sang her new single, "Sing" and just felt that someone there tonight needed to hear this song.
Look at her! Sing it girl! OOOOOOHHHHHOOHHHHH Love can build a bridge....
Now she's having me sing to her :) haha. I LOVE HER! I will post later the video/audio of this whole part!
Goodbye for now Wy!!
Dustin and I on the shuttle bus on the way home from the Opry.
Me next to a tree outside of the hotel. The most awesome night was over and little did we know the bad news to come the next morning.

What a WONDERFUL time. And again, I'm so sorry about your little Rosie. Have you ever read Randy Alcorn's book Heaven? It is AWESOME!!!! Check it out from the library.. even if you don't read the whole thing (it's lengthy).. you can read what he has to say about animals being in heaven. I think you'll see your Rosie again.. and this is coming from someone who always thought it a bit trivial when people wanted their pets to be in heaven. My mind has changed on that.. because Randy helped me see GOD'S HEART a little more clearly on the matter. God loves us THAT much. You need to read it.
love and hugs!!
Linda
Looked like fun. Looked like Mis Judd hasn't missed many meal either. All fun aside a good night of music is always good. I hope you guys are hanging in there. Loosing a dog is never easy and only time will heal, just love the rest even more.
