Tuesday, I was given the opportunity to attend a doctor appointment at Riley for baby Dean. He is the one I mentioned earlier in my blog that I am going to be watching starting the 15th when Mommy goes back to work. I'm super excited to watch this little one and he does have Cystic Fibrosis so I wanted to be able to ask the doctor anything I needed to in order to provide the best care possible. He is such a little blessing and really doesn't have much to worry about. But my original reason for posting is that I found these awesome Saftey 1st cabinet locks at the Riley Saftey 1st store. Everything in the store is at least half off of the retail price. Much of the proceeds go to the hospital. These locks are amazing:

That was my birthday day. Dustin was working nights so I did not get to celebrate my birthday on the day, but that was okay. A lot of things occurred that day and forever changed the life of my neighbor, Betty. She lost her one and only daughter. She was hit by a semi on St. Rd. 9 in Greenfield. The ME's office did an autopsy yesterday and today Betty headed back to Ft. Wayne to make arrangements. It's so hard to see someone burring a child. It's not supposed to happen that way. She is a God-fearing woman, and that really helps because she has the resources to fall back upon.
So yesterday, Wednesday the 10th, my two fabulous boys took me to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory and let me pick out my new watch as a present. I ended up with a Fossil. It's beautiful and look perfect on my wrist. I've wanted another watch since before Dustin and I got married!!
